About these terms

These terms govern use of the Rug Weavers online store and purchases made from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and website information

We take reasonable care to describe rugs accurately. Screen settings and room lighting can make colours appear different. Dimensions are stated in centimetres and may have small normal manufacturing tolerances. Lifestyle images help show scale and styling; review the product specifications and selected size before ordering.

Prices and payment

The price and any applicable tax or delivery charge shown at checkout are the amount payable. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.

Order acceptance and availability

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. If an item is unavailable or we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for that item.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. Consumer cancellations and returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this site for lawful personal or business purchasing. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, extract content at scale, or use Rug Weavers names, photography, designs or text without permission. All site content remains owned by or licensed to Rug Weavers.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you, take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, and respect any cancellation rights that apply.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without restricting any mandatory consumer protections or forum rights available where you live.
