Tessera Grey Terracotta Abstract Vavien Rug

Tessera brings grey & terracotta · distressed abstract to your home, in the Germanica Vavien collection. Made in Türkiye and stocked at our London warehouse in three practical sizes.

The design story

Atessera is the single cube of stone from which every mosaic is made. When an ancient floor is uncovered the picture is often gone, but the tesserae remain — scattered and worn, catching the light in grey, cream and fired terracotta. Tessera holds that moment of discovery: a cloud of broken colour across a silver-grey field, with flecks of rust and clay rising through like the brick beneath. Abstract, but never cold.

Styling your room
