The design story

Rose-coloured marble framed the finest rooms of the Roman world. Rosea is a medallion rug in that mood: a cocoa and mauve medallion on a pale rose-grey field, framed by borders that fade gently in and out. The drawing is classical, the colour soft and powdery, so it brings the warmth of a traditional rug without its weight.
