The loudest weaving in the region — few motifs, enormous scale, colour at full strength, and hooked edges that were meant to turn away harm.
They are drawn from 6 separate design sources: Talish, Kuba, Karabagh, Gendje, Shirvan and Kazak. Each has its own article explaining where the pattern comes from and what the motifs mean.
Across the collection you will find lilac & purple, orange & terracotta, blue & navy, mink & brown, yellow & gold, red & burgundy, cream & white, pink & fuchsia and green & khaki. Every design is woven in all ten sizes, so the choice within a collection is purely pattern and colour.
Bold highland geometry from Kazak to Kuba. If that description fits the room you are buying for, start here rather than with the whole catalogue — 14 designs is a browsable number, 315 is not.
Chenille polyester pile on a woven cotton backing with a non-slip finish. Machine washable at 30°C, no underlay needed, no latex or rubber. The heritage is in the drawing; the construction is deliberately modern.
