Is dropshipping guaranteed?
No. Dropshipping depends on territory, sales channel, expected volume and operational fit. We review it as part of your application.
Will I receive product imagery and data?
Approved accounts can be given the catalogue assets relevant to their agreement, with clear rules for brand, copy and image use.
Where can you deliver?
Delivered prices are available for the UK, France, the European Union and the USA. Each rug ships in its own parcel.
Can interior designers request samples?
Yes. Tell us which projects, sizes and colour families you are considering so the most useful sample route can be discussed.
Does applying create a trade account?
No. An application lets us review the business. Pricing, payment, delivery, returns, media use and any account terms are agreed in writing after approval.
