The Geometry Collection: What It Is and Who It Suits

Pattern built to rules — from the Greek key and the zellige star to the isometric grid, where nothing is placed by eye.

The 19 designs in this collection

They are drawn from 13 separate design sources: Mosaic, Vertexa, Kaleido, Polygon, Greek Key, Basketweave, Trellis, Fretwork, Nested, Hexad, Isometric, Quadrant and Meander. Each has its own article explaining where the pattern comes from and what the motifs mean.

The colours it runs in

Across the collection you will find blue & navy, orange & terracotta, mink & brown, grey & silver, black & anthracite, green & khaki, yellow & gold, cream & white and lilac & purple. Every design is woven in all ten sizes, so the choice within a collection is purely pattern and colour.

Who it suits

Lattice, meander, tessellation. If that description fits the room you are buying for, start here rather than with the whole catalogue — 19 designs is a browsable number, 315 is not.

The construction, which is the same throughout

Chenille polyester pile on a woven cotton backing with a non-slip finish. Machine washable at 30°C, no underlay needed, no latex or rubber. The heritage is in the drawing; the construction is deliberately modern.
